With the sun quickly disappearing from the Brooklyn sky, the lights were turned on at Ebbets Field, marking a Fall Classic first! Encapsulated and assessed “Authentic” by PSA, this ticket stub was issued in Flatbush that day as Joe DiMaggio clubbed his sixth lifetime World Series homer and the Yankees clinched the first of a record five successive titles.
