Graded EX-MT 6 by PSA. For 14 playing seasons the mustachioed (Sir) Timothy Keefe stymied opposing batters with his knee-buckling repertoire and amassed 342 career victories. The offered 1888 N28 Allen & Ginter specimen depicts the Hall of Famer at the height of his prowess. This 131 year-old jewel displays four sharp corners, crisp edges, impeccable centering and a perfectly contrasted illustration. The checklist reverse escaped any pencil markings and exhibits bold printing. Part of a PSA graded "Base Ball Players" subset break offered individually in this auction.
