These double-sided checklists were packaged with three plastic busts and two pieces of bubble gum per pack and distributed on an extremely limited regional basis. Twelve players from each league are pictured per card and a total of (12) Hall of Famers (and Pete Rose) are featured. Includes: American League Checklist #1-12 sheet: (3/11 cards display limited creasing or wrinkling, one card has a surface dimple) with Front: (slight soiling on one card) including Alvis, F. Howard, Chance, Hunter, Fregosi, Kaline; Back: Killebrew, Peters, Lonborg, F. Robinson, Mantle, Yastrzemski; National League Checklist #13-24 sheet: (5/11 cards display limited creasing or wrinkling) with Front: Aaron, Clemente, R. Allen, T.
