Graded 10 Poor 1 by SGC. Near impossible 1911 M131 Baltimore Newsboy Frank Chance featuring a design replicated from the E94 Close Candy designation. Although this Hall of Fame sample displays a combination of surface wear and minimal paper loss on the checklist reverse, the sheer scarcity and acclaimed subject overwhelms any technical deficiencies. One of only two Chance examples to have been registered with the grading service.
